Neat room, spotless and lively place

High quality staff. Very nice clean building and rooms with a comfortable bed. Fresh breakfast and outstanding food selection. Such a wonderful stay, as always

Our room had a good bed and an astonishing view.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to West Virginia, and a supermarket, a restaurant, or a Whole Foods market easily. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby. The room was updated and on the third floor-over the top level of the garage.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The hotel is in a great location, with clean facilities and a shuttle service to the property.

Tub sewer not working very well, asked the front desk to fix it, but no any change better when we left this hotel.

I wish I'd received a coupon for complimentary breakfast.

The rooms were updated and neat. You feel like home. The location was magnificent - close to Martha's Vineyard and the airport in Manchester.

The rooms have modern amenities like a spacious bathtub and a convenient desk. Rewritten: The rooms here have been recently renovated, each featuring a nice size bathtub and a desk for work.

Breakfast was awesome staff not as much.

Breakfast staff should refrain from speaking about political events and affiliations given the sensitive matter during current events.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

I found the bed very uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress but this was even too hard for me. I was moved to a handicapped room and it was in severe need of an upgrade compared to the room I had been in. The tvs kept saying no signal and the front desk told me it just happens and to keep switching the tv on and off. Food in the restaurant was really good but when purchased as room service it was subpar.

Friendly staff here that makes sure you have an amazing time 😊. They really go out of their way to help you.

Indoor swimming pool

Room rate was higher than what I have booked through Booked.net. So I have called Booked.net to solve this issue, finally it was solved If breakfast included make sure to ask for breakfast coupon, otherwise they will add breakfast charges to your room Bill

We were there for a small "convention" for Continuing Education. The room rate through Booked.net was very considerably less than the so called "Convention Rate" but our room and overall facilities and staff were outstanding. The food was among the very best tasting and nicely and efficiently presented that I have ever experienced in 44 years of attending Professional Continuing Education seminars and conventions.

I honestly can not think of a thing.
